You are absolutely not obligated to take part in all activities. You can do as little or as much of the program that you like!
*Free time may include: walks, swimming at local beach, a visit to the Historic Tilba Village for a browse, reading, writing etc. (Carrie and Greg can provide options and directions).
*If you are also looking at having a relaxation massage and/or a 1:1 coaching session, this needs to be booked in prior to your stay, and times will be organised within the free time allocations.

The below information provides detail on each activity that forms our Wellness program.
This activity will run for approximately 1 hour. Your teacher will guide you through a beautiful session of relaxed yoga, that is suitable for any level, beginners through to advanced.
Facilitated by Carrie, this session explores how we can all get the most out of days, without feeling overwhelmed and overworked. Utilising practical tips, tools and frameworks that you can take away with you to draw on in the real world!
Are you ready to have some fun, laughter and exercise all at once?
This one hour dance class, taught by Carrie will suit any levels, and is all about trying something new and having a bit of fun, whilst still getting exercise without even knowing!
Cooking Demonstration and Participation
Time to roll up the sleeves and help prepare a scrumptious, simple nutritious meal. You will receive the recipe and method on the day, you can also take additional notes as we go. Why not try this when you get home in your own kitchen! After the demonstration, you will then sit down to enjoy this yummy meal with our hosts!
There are so many beautiful walks to choose from in Tilba. Pending on weather, we can decide on the final morning to either go for a local beach walk, or a bush walk with our beautiful Gulaga mountain as the back drop.
At the time of booking, you have the option of additional activities. These need to be confirmed prior to your stay.
1:1 Consultation – free service
Are you at a crossroads, feeling overwhelmed though not sure what’s next?…… You are not alone; we have all been there. Carrie is an experienced certified coach who can support you through your next steps in your journey.
This introductive 1:1 coaching session is an opportunity to have a meaningful, confidential, structured conversation with measurable outcomes that is collaborative and in the service of you.
Relaxation Massage – additional cost of $80
Are you looking for a little more “you” time?
A relaxing hour-long massage is available with our lovely local massage therapist Joanne, who will come onsite to Tilba Coastal Retreat for your massage.
This will be an additional cost to be paid directly to your massage therapist, Joanne.

All meals served over the retreat experience are home-made (with love!) and gluten free.
We pride ourselves on simple, healthy, fresh food that is sourced locally.
A detailed menu can be provided on request prior to your stay.
Pending availability of locally sourced produce, menu may change slightly.
We can cater for most dietary requirements; menu will be adjusted accordingly.
Signage of ingredients for meals can be provided upon request.
Drinks and Snacks
We believe wellness is about your happiness and what you like to enjoy, so no need to remove all those things you love over your stay!
We offer two glasses of sparkling wine at our first day welcome, and two glasses at our second day happy hour. If you would like your own alcoholic drinks in addition to this to enjoy in the evening, then you are most welcome to bring your own. Of course if you want an alcoholic free weekend, that is ok too, we will also provide all non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and teas throughout your stay.
In addition, we will provide some healthy snacks (which yes, does include dark chocolate)! If you would like something else, then please feel free to bring along.
