Tilba

A 3 minute drive away, the two villages of Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba are set in the foot hills of Mother Gulaga Mountain, a sacred place for the Yuin Aboriginal people, and provides a tranquil and nostalgic experience for visitors, allowing them to step back in time and explore the beauty of the region. The combination of heritage architecture, local produce, and natural surroundings makes Tilba a unique destination.​ 

Both Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba are recognised for their heritage significance. They are listed on the National Trust register, preserving their historical character.

Mystery Bay South Coast NSW

Mystery Bay, just a short 6 minute drive away, is known for its pristine beaches with golden sands, rugged coastline and clear waters. The ancient geological rock formations date back nearly 500 million years ago. The beach is relatively secluded, making it a peaceful spot for visitors. Visitors enjoy exploring rock pools, caves and expansive sandy beaches. The exceptionally clear water is perfect for swimming, diving and fishing.

Narooma is a picturesque coastal town located 12 minutes drive away. Known for its stunning natural beauty, Narooma is a popular destination for tourists seeking a mix of coastal experiences, outdoor activities, mountain biking, fishing and wildlife encounters. The town is situated along the shores of the Wagonga Inlet, providing scenic views and opportunities for water-based activities.

Australia Rock is a distinctive rock formation along the coastline, shaped like the map of Australia. It is a popular spot for visitors and photographers. Glasshouse Rocks is another stunning geological formation near Narooma, known for its unique rock structures along the coastline.

Wallaga Lake and Bermagui provide excellent opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and birdwatching. There are fishing and boat tours are available for those wanting to explore the coastline.
